The price of this place was really cheap, which was one of the few positive aspects. The free breakfast was also a nice addition, even though it was just basic cereal and bread with spreads. The location of the hotel was convenient, with most restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Upon arrival, the manager seemed unfriendly and gave off a strange vibe. The room itself felt like a prison, with no windows and rickety bunk beds.

my recent stay in hamilton was amazing, and Backpackers Central truly exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. the staff was friendly, and they even offered to lock up my motorbike for me. the room had everything i needed, including a bed, tv, fridge, and a toilet and shower. i especially appreciated the hair dryer and the warm room with the non-stop a/c pump. overall, a great experience.
One small thing was missing - no soap provided for washing hands in the bathroom.

I stayed at Backpackers Central for 8 nights and it was a great place to stay. The en suite bathroom provided privacy while showering, and the breakfast options were basic but satisfying. The location was fantastic, with several Indian, Thai, and Japanese restaurants just across the road. The room had a television for entertainment, and the lounge area was spacious and well-equipped. if I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay at this place.

The value for money at Backpackers Central was excellent, with a good-sized twin room and comfortable bed. The location was great, with nearby shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only improvement that could be made to breakfast items would be to offer a wider variety of options.

I had a great overnight stay at Backpackers Central. The location was excellent and easy to find, convenient for me to attend the rugby game and walk back from town afterwards. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a toilet, pedestal fan, and TV. The kitchen and lounge facilities were fabulous, and the parking was hassle-free on a Saturday night. The free WiFi and good security were definite pluses as well.
